These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member") and 8fafafa ("Platform", "us"). The 8fafafa platform operates under international licensing and provides online casino, online slots, live casino, sports betting and card game services.

By registering an account, making a deposit, using any part of the website, or otherwise accessing 8fafafa services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. • Attempted payment fraud, including unauthorised transaction chargebacks;
• Money laundering or using the platform for illegal financial activities;
• Opening an account on behalf of an individual whose account has been terminated or who has self-excluded;
• Spreading misleading or defamatory information about the platform to others.

Members may request account closure at any time by contacting 8fafafa customer support. Before the account is closed, all eligible balances will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal policy.

8fafafa reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account without prior notice if there is suspicion of fraud, a breach of terms, or for other security reasons. In cases of confirmed termination due to a breach of terms, 8fafafa reserves the right to forfeit the balance of the relevant account.

If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be referred to arbitration or another resolution mechanism as determined by our licensing authority. The arbitration decision is final and binding.
